Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible to arrange a replacement.

Changed your mind?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch within 21 days to arrange a return for a refund. We can refund the cost of the item but not the postage. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same saleable condition that you received it – ie it must be in its original cellophane wrapping and also be packed for postage to a suitable standard to prevent damage in transit on its return to us.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. As we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return, please use an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. When we have confirmed that the item is in saleable condition, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
